ArtBar, Kensington Campus,
The AGM takes place to involve students in the SU’s decision making, and to ensure that our processes are understood and transparent. The meeting gives you an opportunity to ask Trustees (volunteers who govern the SU) about how the Union is run, and our plans for the future and for you to share your thoughts on the SU with us. Open questions to the Trustees are a once a year chance for you to do this during your time at the RCA.
If you choose to attend, you will be given the opportunity to vote on our accounts, the appointment of trustees and any motions brought forward. Come and learn about the Union's progress over the past year and plans for the year ahead. The higher the attendance at the AGM, the more weight we have with the College in getting things done. It is vital that you attend- if we do not hit the quorum then the meeting cannot go ahead and we will have to reschedule until we have enough people in attendance.
This meeting will be taking place in-person and online. Those who attend in person will be provided with free pizza and drinks, and everyone in attendance will be entered in a draw to win £50 spending money at the RCA Shop.
